Our maintenance services help all types of vacuum pumps, compressors and blowers improve their performance and return to normal operation. All repair centers in our global service network provide services in accordance with Busch's own standards and the strict requirements of ISO standards. All maintenance operations are made of original spare parts and are carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Our technical service personnel have not only experienced the training of thousands of service projects, developed skilled skills and accumulated rich experience, but also had Busch global service network expertise as a strong backing. We provide a 6-month warranty for all maintenance items.

Service details

you can send the vacuum pump, compressor or blower to us, or we can arrange transportation to your nearest Busch repair center. When we receive the device, we will immediately check it and perform an operational test. Then, disassemble the device and check all parts one by one. We will report all non-compliance with the standard requirements and use it as the basis for us to provide maintenance recommendations, and forward a copy to you.
Once you agree to implement our recommended work, we will clean all parts and replace worn or damaged parts with original parts. During the reassembly, we will calibrate all parts according to the tolerance requirements specified by the manufacturer.
The assembled device will be fully tested to ensure that it is in optimal operating condition. All test results will be recorded in the test log. Finally, all devices are repainted. The returned device or the device reinstalled on site will be the same as the new device, accompanied by a complete record of all operations and test results.
