Container evacuation, I .e. removing air or gas from sealed containers, is one of the most widely used vacuum technology. There are many kinds of such applications.

The so-called evacuation is generally understood as emptying the gas in the physical space in most ambient air industrial applications. When the presence of ambient air or oxygen interferes with the manufacturing or testing process, evacuation is often required.

According to different applications, the requirements for vacuum degree are also different, from the low vacuum required by the central vacuum system to the high vacuum for semiconductor production of silicon wafer coatings.

Which vacuum solutions of Busch are especially suitable for evacuation process?
The container evacuation process has a wide range of applications, and accordingly, such vacuum pump products are also various. When selecting vacuum acquisition equipment, the key factors to consider include the exhaust volume and the required final container pressure. R 5 rotary vane vacuum pump can be used in many different evacuation processes because of its reliable operation and durability, and excellent performance.

The COBRA screw vacuum pump is especially suitable for pumping out corrosive or explosive gases. The COBRA vacuum pump adopts oil-free screw technology, which can achieve high vacuum.
